Normally when I check in a file, it is the only file which is listed when the check-in dialog box pops up. However, when I check in a particular file there are two files listed, one of which is unrelated and in a different directory. I have to uncheck the box next to the second file before completing the check in process.
Why is this file somehow tied to this file I am trying to check in? How to I "unassociate" it from the file I am interested in?
Thanks

Can you look in your pending check-ins? Is there a pending check in for that second file? If so, undo the pending check in.
Is the file shared?
What is the file extension on the second file?

That was it. So simple. Not sure how the two got tied together, but selecting "Undo add file" made the problem go away. Thanks!
