Merge branches / history

Hello,

I've got a question about merging branches. When you use the wizzard, the page which lists the changes always lists all changes made. Why doesn't it list only the changes made since the last time the branches have been merged? I wouldn't know why you would merge older changes again which have already been merged previously.

Perhaps our approach is wrong here, could you please clarify? :)

The tool is currently designed to show all change sets since the branch.

We have feature request 14157 logged for the ability to just show the changes which have not been merged yet. I'll add your "vote."

It will be evaluated for an upcoming release of Vault and Fortress.
