Open/Pending/Closed Bugs

Hi,

We've been using Fortress (ver 1.1.4) for a while; and have just discovered that when checking-in a file to a repository that requires a Bug ID a user can just type an ID of a closed bug into the 'Update Bugs' field on the Check In dialog, add a comment, and click OK.

I fully understand that Open & Pending status bugs should be accessible, but we would have prefered that any bug labelled 'Closed' by QA should be locked from further updates unless QA resets the status.
