Get latest, show differences

Hi
I am having problem that,
1. Get latest version doesn't get latest source of the file.
2. Show difference always show match
3. Even I check out the file, the source also not the latest.

Any ideas?

I have tried to reset the cache but still the same. No error prompted.

Please advice. Thank you

What indicates to you that you don't have the latest source file on disk?

What options do you have selected in the Get Latest dialog?

I choose overwrite at get latest dialog.
My colleagues has compile error after get latest source file. But it doesn't happen in my machine even though I get latest (delete the whole folder and get latest. Then, I ask another colleague to try and they faced the same thing.

How to check? How to ensure ?

Can your colleague send you a copy of what they are compiling?

Then you can use the Diff tool separately to compare the items on disk. Inside the Vault install directory, you will find a file called sgdm.exe, and that's our Diff tool. Double click that and then use it to perform a file diff.
