I am running Fortress 2.0.2.18753, and have had no trouble with the standalone client or the VS2010/VS2008 plugin. I just tried installing the Eclipse plugin, but have not been able to log in. I am running Eclipse 3.2, and the plugin that is installed is 4.0.0.5596.
I select team->share project, and it prompts me to select between CVS and Fortress. I select Fortress and proceed to the login screen. I enter the same credentials and server name that I would enter into the standalone client. I get an error message:
A problem occurred while running:
Connect to Fortress Server
See "Console" view for details.
Reason:
The server returned an unknown status code (1025)
I checked the Fortress messages in the console and there was nothing there.

The plug-in number doesn't look correct. Did you try the update URL or did you use the alternate download? If you haven't try the update URL, give that a try: http://www.sourcegear.com/fortress/download-plugin.html.
