Feature Request - External Add

We have just started using the External Add feature and the reporter is always "external-user". If the bug-fixer has questions, he doesn't know who to ask.

If the external user remembers to do so, the contact info could be put in the details box, but if a Contact Box was added to the submission page, and perhaps even required, this would be a more obvious way to get the info.

Please consider this a Feature Request.
