Hello
I don't know webdav except I've understood it could help archiving flash (CS4) files in our vault server ?
Am I right, it's not easy to find the right plug-in as I don't really understand how it might work.
Could you help us spare some time ?
The same for a Web server written with Linux. I guess some webdav tool could be used with linux ?
Thanks
xavier

Re: WebDAv & flash
We have tested and support Dreamweaver CS4 with WebDav with Fortress 2.0.
To get started, see Fortress GUI Client Help ->Using Fortress via WebDav. There are also specific instructions for configuration to work with Dreamweaver.
WebDAV also allows Fortress-controlled files to be accessed from a wide range of clients and tools, although we don't explicitly support them in Fortress. For example, Fortress repositories can be mounted as "folders" from Mac OS, as Web Folders from Windows, and from editors and tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) that support WebDAV for file sharing and locking.
If you're having specific problems with Dreamweaver, let us know.
If you're using WebDav with other clients, we might be able to to help, but we haven't tested all the possible uses/clients.
