Shadow Folder Does not Synchronize

i am using Vault 4.1.4 it works nice but i have one problem with Shadow Folder, some times shadow folder Synchronize with vault repository when we update vault repository, but some times it doesn't Synchronize and gives following error

No server was found at the specified URL. Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client. Could you please give me an idea how i fix that problem, that will be great.

What operating system is your Vault server on?

Could you send me a copy of the Vault server log? It's called is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine. Send the logs zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.
