SOS 3.5.3 command line

Users are receiving the following errors when using the commandline to access vss using 3.5.3

SourceOffSite Command Line Client: 128 bit Encryption version 3.5
Connected to server library.rr.com at port 8888.
Received Challenge from server
Successfully logged in.
Sending AddFile Command to server.
Error adding file: mail Server response = 421 Unknown Server Number
Closed connection to server library.rr.com at port 8888.

I am unalbe to find this error message anywhere.

What's the command you are using? (Note: please xxx out passwords and user names or email me the command).

Does the log.txt file in the SOS Server directory report any errors?

Did the CLC work properly before and is this a new problem?

Can you do this same operation successfully from the GUI Client?
