RoboHelp 7 Crash

I have a remote client who is trying to connect to Fortress using the Classic client 1.1.4.18402 from RoboHelp 7.

Running the stand-alone client has no problems. Using the RoboHelp "Open from source control" option causes a crash. The event log points at VaultIDE.dll with an exception code of 0xc0000005 at fault offset 0x00006a0a.

He is running Vista Business with service pack 1 on an HP laptop. I have the same setup on my Acer desktop and it functions correctly.

RoboHelp is not one of the programs we support integration with. We integrate with Visual Studio, DreamWeaver, Eclipse, and Cruise Control.
