Upgrading to v. 4.1.4 Server problem

Hi,
I'm upgrading SGVault from v. 4.1.2 to 4.1.4 and with the Server upgrade it is not getting past the connection to the sql server page. I'm getting an error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified and this is the correct connection to our sql server.

Any one able to help me with this?

Some initial troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure your server name is correct -- no typo on the name.

2) Make sure your instance name is correct. Try ./instancename

3) Make sure the server machine is reachable, e.g, DNS can be resolve correctly, you are able to ping the server.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, send me a copy of the Vault_install.log file. It's in the temp directory of the logged in Windows user installing Vault. Be sure to include a link to this forum post.
