This Fortress server has more active web-only user accounts

Hello All,

We have recently been experiencing an issue whereby which we cannot log into either the web or local clients of Fortress.

The error message is along the lines of....
This Fortress server has more active web-only user accounts than licenses. The administrator must either add more serial numbers, or make some user accounts inactive.

The problem is we dont have any web-only user accounts whatsoever and we have adequate licenses to cater for the number of users trying to login.

The issue is corrected by a re-boot of the server, but no an iisreset which I attempted.
1. Does anyone know what specifically may be causing the lock out ?
2. Does anyone know a better fix that a re-boot of the server ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some of your users may be configured to be web-only users instead of full users. Look in your admin web page under each user for what type of user they are set for. They will either be inactive, web-only, or full.
