Folder Security dropdowns not refreshing

I've encountered the following bug in the admin tool.

• Enable folder security for a repository.

• Select "Folder Security" from the left panel.

• Select a folder in the repository, and assign group rights for all groups.

• Select another folder in the repository.

Expected: the group dropdown lists all groups so I can assign rights for that folder.
Actual: the group dropdown is empty.
Workaround: Select "Folder Security" from the left panel again.
