License on 2 servers

Is it possible to use the same license on a second server for a short timeperiod. We are moving to a new server, and i dont want to shut down the old one untill we have everything up and running on the new one.

We are moving projects one by one and developers will work on both servers (not at the same time though) until everything is moved.
