Switching between Trunk and Branch versions

I was wondering if there was a way in Vault to switch between Trunk and Branch versions is a way that the subversion 'switch' command works? That is, an attempt by Vault to minimize the changes required to be applied because it knows the Branch and Trunk are related? Maybe the issue here is that Vault doesn't understand they are related?

Have you used the Vault Merge Branches wizard? It does what you describe -- only applies changes from the branch to the trunk.

My understanding of the svn switch command is that it changes your working directory from one branch to another related branch quickly.

So, can Vault do that?

There isn't a similar "switch" command, but you could manually change the working folder, which would change file statuses so you could see what had changed.
