Weird problem with Vault 3.1.9.3798 and Windows 2003

Hi,

We are moving an older version of vault to a Windows Server 2003 box and everything appears to have moved fine. I can login using the Vault Client and Vault admin and there aren't any problems.

When I try and connect using the VB6 plug-in though the system appears to freeze. When I say freeze though, VB6 still says running in the Task Manager but I cannot do anything.

I did some searching here and found reference to disabling the .Net Framework 2.0 and running 1.1 but I cannot figure out how to do that. If I try and run the 1.1 installation it says that I cannot because it is already installed.

Can anyone help?
