Retrieving full child label list

Did you already find the problem related to our situation?

We were able to determine what the problem is and have logged bug 15990 in our work item tracking. It will be evaluated for a future release of Vault.

If a user belongs to a group that has Folder security rights set to "none" for ANY folder, the user cannot see recursive labels.

Even if the user has Default Rights set up as RCA and the Group Rights are specifically set up for RCA on the exact folder you are trying to Show Labels on recursively it will not work.

FYI: In the repository there were certain folders that were only available for certain users.
We moved this folder to a separate repository and deleted it from our main repository and now the labels seem to work.
