Please have "All Repositories" options apply to ne

Please have any repository option settings set using the "All Repositories" selection apply to all existing AND new repositories created in the future. I found that when creating a new repository, any settings set using the "All Repositories" option were not inherited by the new repository. Also, once you have applied a list of file types that are to be expanded, you cannot change this list via the "All Repositories" choice for some reason. The input field on the options dialog is greyed out.
