Unable to Add a User and getting error message every time I do something

Hi,

I downloaded the Full Evaluation (up to 10 Users) to see if this would be a good alternative solution to SourceSafe and a much better one than GitLab or GitHub (I hate those 2 apps).

First, I cannot create a new user, and secondly, I get this error message every time I do something with the desktop client. See attachment

What's the reason for this error message and why I cannot add users. When I click on "Add" nothing happens.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Vault!

In regards to the adding a new user issue, can you please send us over your Vault Server log? The Vault Server log is in windir%temp\sgvault\sgvault.log on the server machine. Please email it to support@sourcegear.com.

We'd also like to see the Vault Client log (VaultGUIClient.txt) in your user's temp directory (%temp%).

Hopefully these logs will help us determine where the problem lies.
