I am attempting to upgrade our existing Vault Pro server from v8.0.2 to 10.2 and am unable to specify the AD service account to connect to our existing database. At the prompt for the IIS Process user, I'm selecting *custom* then selecting the correct domain service account credentials, entering the admin password, specifying the correct SQL server and using 'Windows Authentication'. However, each time I do this it appears to be attempting to use the computer account (domain\machineaccount$) instead of the AD service account. I have confirmed I have all the required roles installed, what am I missing?

Hi Rob,
Can you please send a copy of your Vault Server installation log to support@sourcegear.com? It's called Vault_install.log and is in your user's temp directory on the server machine.
