.Net API for SOS 4.x

I need to be able to programatically control SOS from within a .Net application. Is there an API available or only the command line?

SOS doesn't have a public api. We use Microsoft's SCC API to communicate with the VSS database.

To evoke SOS operations, you can use the Command Line Client.
