We are trying to rollback an object and keep receiving the following messages:

The Remote Version in the object list shows 250, but the last version in the History is 248. Version 249 seems to have disappeared.
Any suggestions of how to handle this, or what to look for?

We'd like to take a look at your Vault Server log. Can you please send it over to support@sourcegear.com? The Vault Server log is in %windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log on the server machine.
