Installer bug - CSP (Build 1136)

System configuration:
Windows 2000 (no sp)
SQL Server 2000 (no sp)

Problem:

I get the following error on the 'Dragnet Configuration' dialog:

Configuring your new dragnet Installation
Cryptographic service provider (CSP) could not be found for this algorithm.
dragnet Setup is exiting due to a failure or cancellation. Error Code = 300

After the dialog closes a msi error 1722 pops up.

I've attached the msi log file.

Dragnet requires Win2000 SP 4 for some of the encryption routines.

One other recommendation -

I'd also take a look at getting SP3 for SQL Server. Although we haven't yet uncovered any problems running Dragnet with a different SP, there were some security vulnerabilities with SQL Server, which have been addressed in SP3.
