server login issue

Encountered this exception recently:

11/13/2004 9:23:42 PM - 9 - Exit KillConnection()
11/13/2004 9:23:42 PM - 9: Error removing user temp folder 'xxx'.
11/13/2004 9:23:42 PM - Invalid File or Directory attributes value.
11/13/2004 9:23:42 PM - 9 - Exit KillConnection()
11/13/2004 9:23:42 PM - Exception in Listen(): System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
at System.Collections.ArrayList.get_Item(Int32 index)
at ClassicService.Listener.PruneClients()
at ClassicService.Listener.Listen()

After this user login impossible, and server does not respond to telnet. Only restart helps. Any suggestions?

It's hard to tell if the error caused the SOS Server hang or if the hang caused the error messages.

Does the SOS Server crash or hang frequently? Is the user doing any particular operation at the time?

Does this seem to happen if two or more users are connected?
