Can't get updated Vault client in Eclipse

The issue, sometimes observed on machines that previously had Vault integrated with Eclipse, is the URL http://download.sourcegear.com/VaultPro/latest/update bringing up an older version of Vault. The previous URL is cached somewhere and needs to be cleared out.

The options for resolution are:
  • 1) Go to Internet Explorer and clear out all history and cached information. Then reopen Eclipse and the URL should bring up the correct client.
