How to perform actions on equal files.

Hi,

Please excuse my basic understanding here. I'm trying to compare files from two folders and delete those that are equal from one folder. I've already completed the scan but can't find a good way to select just the files that are equal.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

On the tool ribbon at the top of the DiffMerge window are buttons for equal, equivalent, on one side only, and so on. The same is shown in the View Menu. You can turn off everything except for differences, but with the other stuff out of the way, it should be easier to see equal files and different files.

Even if you were to show only equal files, you can't delete them from inside DiffMerge.
