Source off site 5

I am able to login successfully to a source off site server, but after logged no files load. Is there something that I'm missing?

When logging into the server, did you have two pop-up windows to go through or just one? The first one connects to the server, and the second one collects your login name, password, and which database to which to connect.

Do you have more than one database to choose from when logging in? If so, does the same thing happen when choosing a different database?

Was this working before, and if so, when did the issue start happening?
