How to Set a Repository to Read Only

Post by btd » Thu Apr 07, 2016 4:52 am

We are on Vault 8.0.1 (299) version.
We want to know if there is a way to set a repository to read only?
The only way I know how to do this is change all the users access to Read only.

Is there another way to set a repository to read only?

Thanks

There isn't a repository-level action to set it to ready-only. I'd recommend making a group, and giving that group ready-only access in folder security. Then you can add all your users to that group.

A few security examples can be found in this KB article: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic ... 13&t=21607.
