False: Confirm: Deleting a Locally Modified File

Post by Thomas Linder Puls » Mon Apr 04, 2016 2:59 am

Given this:
  • undo check out of an edited file (with revert option)
  • delete that file from the repository
At that point the Vault Client tell me that I have edited the local file and ask me to confirm that a I want to delete it.

But that is (obviously) a false statement and hence confusing question.

The first couple of times I investigated the files, but now I have got the habit of just answering "Yes", which is a habit I don't like.

Thank you for reporting this. That dialog appears to come up every time anything is being deleted from a working folder in the latest version, whether it is modified or not. I will log this for the developer to look at.
