Can't get diffs to current file

Exception of type 'VaultClientOperationsLib.GetLatestVersionFailedException' was thrown.

I get that error anytime I look at history, and select a single version (to be compared with my local file), and hit "diff".

If I choose two versions in the history itself and dif those, it works.

But diffing to my current file always fails.

This Vault Standard client is version 7.1.0.2028

Do you have a branch in the history you are looking at? If so, is the version you are selecting prior to the branch?

If the branch is involved, try using the Ctrl key to select the old version and the latest in history rather than selecting the second version in the options window.

There are some additional Vault fixes you could get by upgrading to Vault 7.2.1 (still covered under Vault 7.x license key). There was a change made in the history, and 7.2.1 might help.

If there is a branch involved, then you may be better on Vault 9. I'll be able to say more once I have more details.
