What is VaultCLC..txt?

I found an 800MB+ VaultCLC.txt file in a temp folder with a very recent timestamp.

1. What produces this file?
2. Why is it so big?
3. Can I turn it off

It's possible you have logging for the command-line client turned on. That would then be the log file. If you're concerned, rename it and if it's a problem, it will show up quickly. Most likely you can delete it.

In the same location as the CLC was installed you will find a config file. In there you should be able to turn off logging.

I looked in "C:\Program Files (x86)\SourceGear\Vault Client" (where my vault.exe it located). I do see some config files, but none that seem to line up with what I'm looking for:

• VsipClientCustomActions.exe.config
• VaultFolderExportImport.exe.config
• VaultGUIClient.exe.config

Is it an optional file?
