Vault 7.2.1 client installation failed

When I try to install vault client 7.2.1 after upgrade from 5.1 to 7.2 successfully, just this last piece i need to install,
i got this error:

There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete oculd not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

please guide/help

Try downloading the installer again directly to the machine where you will be installing it.

If you don't get a better installer, try grabbing it directly from your own server at http://your Vault server/vaultservice/index.html. There is a link on that page to pull it form your server.

You can also try running a command prompt as administrator and run it from there. For additional logging, create a text file and call it msilog.txt. Then use the command:

msiexec /i "your Vault installer" /l "msilog.txt"

The log file then might show why it won't run the installer.

The problem resolved by uninstall the Client 6.x and must reboot the server, then install the 7.2 client fine after the server comes up
