msscci2vsip doesn't work for VS2013?

We are using Vault Standard 7.2.1 with VS2013. We have been using the classic client for years, but have decided to (finally) switch to the enhanced client. I ran the msscci2vsip "power toy" as follows

D:\msscci2vsip>msscci2vsip -t -v -u peter -p XXXXXX D:\Projects\HFA\HFA.sln
LOG: MSSCCI2VSIP for Vault Standard
LOG: Reading SLN file [D:\Projects\HFA\HFA.sln]
ERR: File [D:\Projects\HFA\HFA.sln] not a VS2005 or VS2008 Solution File.

As you can see it complains that my solution is not VS2005 or VS2008. Is there a version that works for VS2013, or must I do the manual procedure (assuming it works)?

Go to the Vault admin web page. Under each repository is a link for Rebind Projects. Try using that and let me know your results.
