I've been using Vault Professional just fine for my Windows Phone and Windows Store (Silverlight, XAML/C#) csproj projects and their files.
Today I tried to add a WinJS project (i.e. jsproj) and found problems trying to check in files.
Creating one of the default JavaScript Windows Store template projects and adding to Vault Professional worked
just fine.
I then right clicked on default.html in the root of the project and did a check out just fine.
When doing a right click and check in, however, is the problem.
If I do my checkin from the Vault Professional Client (i.e. NOT using the VS2013 integration) everything works.
Does this mean the plugin integration is broken in VS2013 on my machine or is this a known issue?

Re: vs2013 integration problems with jsproj projects ?
What is in your pending change set window in Visual Studio? Is there possibly a second add of that file?
Does your code possibly have any missing references?
What version of Vault are you using?

Re: vs2013 integration problems with jsproj projects ?
The version I'm using is Version 7.2.1 (30265).
My Pending Changes shows only the file I checked out.
If I repeat this process with csproj, everything is good. It's just jsproj that has this problem with the integration plugin for VS2013 Ultimate.
