When we try to access the Vault client (local), we get this message:
Unable to connect to http://source.vault.casper.com/VaultService. No server was found at the specified URL. Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client. Web Exception: Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with the error message:

Can you verify that you can reach the Vault server via a browser? Go to http://<your Vault server>/vaultservice/index.html. If that works, then try http://<your Vault server>/vaultservice/vaultweb and login to the web client.
Are you internal to the network that the Vault server is on or are you connecting remotely? If you're remote, do you have to use your VPN first?
Do you have a proxy configured?
I see someone else from your company sent an email about your issue. I will request server logs through the email. Could you check your Vault client log at %temp%\VaultGUIclient.txt and see what errors were posted for this morning?
