My Open Tickets

Vault Pro

When using the web interface and selecting My Open Tickets within the item tracking section, it does not look possible to display and then sort by the due date.

Can you advise if this is possible or if there is another way to report by due date? Thanks.

It's not currently possible to sort by due date. I will get a feature request added for that.

In the meantime, if you run a Query, it's possible to change the sorting at the bottom of the form before clicking submit, and you can sort by milestone there.

I think this would be a useful addition as it will then allow users to see the open tickets they have by due date. This will then allow them to plan their development time accordingly.
