I'm using VS 2013 Professional and the Vault standard 7.2.1 (265).
I just upgraded to the above setup after using VS2010 with Vault 5.1.1 for years without any issue.
Here is the problem: the Vault Pending Changes window in VS2013 does not refresh itself after a commit or undo action... meaning the files that were committed or undone remain in the window.
The way to refresh the window is to right click on a file and choose "commit selected operation" again - the usual commit window will not pop up but the Vault Pending Changes window will refresh to reflect the changes done previously (meaning it will remove the commited/undone files from the window).
What could be the problem? This is unlike the behaviour I'm used to with my previous setup (VS2010 + vault std 5.1.1)
Thanks!

I'm using Win 7 Pro.
Re: Vault Pending Changes window not refreshed after commit
I want to update my observation:
The window does not refresh itself only after an undo. It does refresh after commit.

Re: Vault Pending Changes window not refreshed after commit
Any updates on this issue? I have the same problem.
From the "Vault Pending Changes" window within VS2013:
Select one or more items and click "Undo selected operation" button.
The Vault Pending Changes" window is not refreshed to reflect the undo.
I can reproduce this problem every time. No special circumstances.
Open a file, make a change, and save. Then try to undo the changes.
The file is reverted. The text editor window is refreshed properly.
But the "Vault Pending Changes" window" is not refreshed.
Clicking "Rescan Working Folders" does not help.
Clicking "Refresh Source Control Status" do not help.
My work-around solution is to click "Unshelve", then close that window.
It will then trigger a refresh of the "Vault Pending Changes" window.
I am running on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1.
I am using Vault Standard 7.2.1.265 on the client and the server.
I am using the Vault Standard Visual Studio Enhanced Client.
I am using "CVS Style" settings.
The standalone Vault Standard client does not have this problem.
The "Pending Change Set" window is immediately refreshed after an undo.

Re: Vault Pending Changes window not refreshed after commit
This was fixed in Vault 8. If you are on maintenance or would like a quote for licenses, feel free to email our sales department at sgstore at sourcegear.com as they might be able to help moving you to Vault 8.
Another option you have is to use a Vault 7.0.0 or 7.1.0 client.
