Service is Unavailable on W2k12r2 and SV 6.1

Hi,
I have installed vault standard on a windows 2012r2 server connecting to SQL 2012 and I an getting a Service Unavailable when trying to connect.

In the event log and I am getting:

"Application pool VaultAppPool has been disabled. Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) encountered a failure when it started a worker process to serve the application pool."

This is a new install on this server though the databases have been brought over from another server running 6.0.1.


Looking for some help!!

What identity is your application pool running under?

Check your Event Viewer to see if it will tell you more details about why your application pool is crashing. It could be an incorrect password or some supporting service has problems.
