"HTTP 404 Not Found" Error Message

When trying access the Vault Pro Server I get an error "HTTP 404 Not Found" error message. I have been looking through the forums for possible solutions and I have uninstalled the server and client and re-installed them with no success.

I have a suspicion as what is causing it, but don't know how to fix it:

In the IIS Control Panel, the Default Web Site is in a "Stopped" state - Status message "Unexpected error 0x8ffe2740 occurred."
The Default FTP Site is also stoppped with the same status message.

OS: Windows XP SP3
Vault Pro: 6.1.0.30531

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

The error you posted suggests a port conflict on your machine: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816944. You might try a different port for your website, and then access Vault by adding :portnum to the end of the connection name.

Thanks for the response. I used Fport suggested by the Microsoft Knowledge Base page and discovered a program ZPanel was using the port 80. Somehow, it was installed on my system recently. I removed the program and now am able to access the Vault system.
