Move Vault pro database

I'm building new servers, going to retire the old one on which I have both SQL server and Vault pro.

I'm building a new database server and would like to move the databases for vault to it while leaving the vault software on the old server for now. Is there some process / tool I could use for this?

In general, you should be able to backup and restore your databases to the new SQL Server machine, then uninstall and reinstall Vault on the Vault Server machine, pointing to the new SQL Server location when prompted by the installer.

What version of Vault are you using? What version of SQL Server are you moving from and what version is the new SQL Server?
