Update Query Screen is unusable (7.1)

I updated to 7.1 last week. I am seeing a lot of odd UI things in the web interface (lack of whitespace, things not lining up, etc.) One of the biggest issues is with the Query screen.

When trying to update a saved query or add a new query through the web interface, we are unable to see
everything and can't scroll.

What is your operating system you are on?

What browser are you using and what is the version of that browser?

Windows 8.1 - Chrome Version 32.0.1700.107 m (Latest) - This is the screenshot I gave.
Win 7 - IE 9 doesn't work (looks very similar to the screenshot I posted).

Win 8.1 w/ IE11 seems ok.

I've been trying this with different scenarios, but haven't reproduced it yet.

I've tested Chrome 32.0.1700.107 on Windows 7 and 8.1, Firefox 26.0 on Windows 7, and IE 9 - 11. The version of IE 9 I had was on a Windows 2003 machine, so I'll try that one next on Windows 7.

Some things for you to try.

• -Clear the browser cache.
  -Make sure IE isn't in compatibility mode.
  -In IE, make sure the path is listed as a trusted site.

Do you have any javascript errors?

I'm not seeing the issue any longer with Chrome (I probably cleared things for other reasons) and I had the user upgrade IE, so I guess I would consider this closed for now. If it comes up again, I'll let you know.
