Hi,
We are using Vault Pro 7.1 on Windows server 2012 with a SQLServer2008r2 back-end, we have a problem with a build server we are trying to create, the build 'server' is a Windows 7 vm hosted on a Windows server 2012 server. Our Old Xp stand alone build server works fine, as does the developers machines but when this new build server gets the code, after about 12 minuets it ends up in some kind of infinite loop attempting to get the same set of files out over and over.
We have tried increasing the time outs on the client but this has had no effect, we have tried enabling client side logging and have the log file for the client and the server available if that would prove helpful.
This Win7 vm is considerably slower that the old XP machine but it should still work, any ideas what might be the problem?

Geting Files goes into loop
Re: Geting Files goes into loop
The first step would be to see the log files from the Vault Server machine and the build machine.

If you try to do a GET from the build machine using the same user account but using a Vault Client, are there any problems?
