Opening Exsting Project

I have an existing project on my computer using VS 2013. I imported all from VSS and the bindings for this project were to VSS. I have tried changing the bindings on the project but that did not work. I have tried removing all binding and re-binding to Vault, no joy either. How do I get this project linked up properly with the Vault bindings?
