When I try to add custom fields for use in customizing a work item form, the fields don't seem to "stick" or "take" when I save them. I do get a javascript error as follows:

Has anyone encountered this and if so is there a solution? Stumped. Other admin functions thus far seem to be working but I have yet to explore all of them.
Thanks!
custom fields
Re: custom fields
What operating system is on the machine this is happening on?
What browser are you performing the action from?
Do you have another browser where you can try the same action?

Re: custom fields
Windows 7, IE 8,
Alas, no I don't have another browser to try as our IT folks only let us have IE on our desktops.
Running on a DELL Laptop, recent vintage.
Checked IE security settings and JavaScript is enabled and I don't see anything obvious in terms of "lockdown" that would affect this.
Thanks!

Re: custom fields
We currently support IE 9 and IE 10. Is upgrading your browser an option?
