Vault 7 Time Tracking

On Vault 7.0 Professional when entering time on the web I've noticed a few things.

First, the default is that time is logged Non-billable. That doesn't make any sense, at least for me.

Second, when I went back to edit an existing entry, its reset back from Billable to Non-billable.

This was on Chrome 31 on Windows 8.

I believe this has been fixed in Vault 7.1, but I need to specifically test your combination of OS and browser.
