Please Help!
Our organization started receiving errors last night and now we are unable to access our main source code repository. Client users are receiving an error that says.. “You have no rights to view any items in this repository”
I've cleared cache, check user access and other things. I found the following error in the server logs.. Can't imagine that is good.
VaultServiceSQL.VaultDbTreeException: An error was encountered looking up the owner of a folder or file for the source code tree. The tree was not built.
