admin login issue

New user to Vault Professional. Having problems with admin login, receiving msg that userid or password is invalid. Any suggestions?

Just an update to this post that we spoke offline and the issue is resolved.

In that case the password was incorrect.

Are you using the login name of admin?

Did you by any chance have caps lock on when you set the password or have caps lock on when entering the password?

Caps were not on. I tried 3 different users, all with the same result. I ended up rolling back the upgrade to v6.x. I will wait for a more stable version and support for VS 2013.
