Error after upgrading to 7.0

After upgrading Vault Pro from 6 to 7, I got the following error starting the admin interface.

HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error

Handler "PageHandlerFactory-Integrated" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in its module list

What OS is Vault Server installed on?

Is this a 64-bit or 32-bit machine?

It appears to be working now, I'm not sure what changed.

Maybe IIS restarted. The error is generally when IIS is picking up on the .NET Framework.
