Issue with Time Tracking report

Using Chrome (because I can't get to it with IE10) when I try to run the time tracking report I've noticed that if effectively ignores the date range I put in (which is 01-Oct-2013 to 20-Oct-2013) and lists all time entries.

Sorry, this appears to be a bug. It is filtering by user, not by date.

I have logged bug 17446 for this problem and it will be addressed in Vault 7.0.1.
