Are there any known problems using vault pro in ie10 on Win8 pro?

You might also try refreshing your browser cache with Ctrl-F5.

We'd seen problems with display when old Vault information was cached.

That didn't work, and I did clear the cache. The result is the same in metro ie and desktop.

During what hours would you be available to work with me? I have a day job and its my off hours consulting where I use Vault.

Also, I've found other issues with IE10 as well (the report menu does open on Chrome). When I'm looking at an item list and check some of the items in the list, the Edit menu (which has Bulk / Batch update options) does not open at all either.

I could meet with you after hours. But first, let's check your IE configuration.

IE requires some additional settings for Vault 7:

1) Turn off compatibility mode
2) Add the Vault Server URL to your trusted sites
3) Use the FQDN of the server in the URL.

It looks like compat mode was on, even though the icon wasn't shown in the address bar. Opening the dev tools and turning it off that way seems to work, although this is with Vault Pro 7.1. I don't know if that was the issue in Vault Pro 7.0.
